line are interested in talking to you for a significant period of time which can
further delay your work. You can take steps to minimize this by installing a
separate phone line for your business. This allows you to answer the business phone
during the day and let your answering machine pick up all your personal calls on the
other line. Then when you are on a break from your work you can listen to the
messages and write down each person that you need to call back. This can then be
done in the evening after you’ve finished working for the day.
